Unimech system will leave you to take your own decision while handling a job and free to travel to any job location on our own. Unimech had a good team work and Planning team as well.

There was no career growth in Unimech as we are the only person to take decision. There was no training given to us and the appraisal was not that much correct. The salary benefits also yearly basis and that to a common salary increment given to everybody.

Company going under loss. I got salary 2 months once. This company owner from Chennai and director Kerala so here prefer Tamil and Kerala people. I was worked 1 year 5. I didn't get increment and bonus but other people got.
