Dislikes

It's a nightmare of a company. Think a gazillion times before joining. If you want to sacrifice your work life balance and micro managed by your lead, then go ahead. There's absolutely no work culture, people don't even talk amongst the team, let alone intra team communication. Rude behavior of HR and Management. Treating employees very poorly.

My experience at unified infotech pvt Ltd had its challenges, I appreciate the opportunity to have worked there. A positive aspect was the chance to learn self-reliance and adaptability due to the absence of job security and skill development programs.

Dislikes

Firstly, The lack of job security was a significant issue which made planning for the future challanging. Additionally the absence of a strong company culture, the limited opportunities for skill development and Salary delay sometimes were disappointing.

Company culture has been good enough, employees behave professional with each other, and salary gets credited timely.

Dislikes

As fresher it's a terrible place to start your career, not good enough training provided during internship. You can't be sure that you will be assigned to projects, not many skill improvement opportunities were given. Job security is 0℅ , u never know when they will terminate your position.
