It a great company if you are hungry for knowledge with respect to the AV industry. Weekly training session are conducted, to keep the Sales team upbreast with the changing technology. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
