Wide gaps in salary benefits at same position. Only old employees get promotion, no link with performance. Annual salary increment is linked with years spend by you in company , not with the performance and value results.

Higher managerial department is not honest and neutral for employees, HR department also not taking care about the employees . Very poor management and not good for people to work here there is no any job security.
