Company is providing all the possible amenities to Employees but Management and some senior management is playing nepotism/ ghar ghar..

Seniors are just recruiting their old colleagues, in order to support them they spoiling Unext image in market. From a very senior level to RH position they all are just doing time pass. In simple words they all are from one or two previous company and making lobby of own people in Unext/ MEMG. Dont join in any situation.

Very bad company all the managers only talk about targets . They also interfere in your personal life also.they only need admission so if u are in pip they also tortured you for fake admission by your side .Lead shuffle is also there they shuffle the leads from your account and give to them who are fvrt or ATL's . timing also not good .they will tell u 10 to 7:30 but managers timings are different they ordered you to report at 9 and will let u free after 9 pm . If u r not meeting your monthly targets so managers and vertical head will call you in cabin and abuse you and give pressure for admissions. If you have 2 leaves in month forget this line . You will never take this benifit. Your holiday is depend upon your managers . They will continue call u whole day whether in office or in home. Very bad review of this company. If you are not favourite of manager they will give you pip and fired you ..
