So much of politics, there are people who are working from years so management listens to those people Product managers are having zero technical knowledge, only people who are good in bucketing their managers stays with good promotion and hike If you are someone who works hard and have knowledge then this place is not for you. Nothing to learn only patch up work is done here. Have faced the worst manager ever "JAGRUTI" who literally made the hell with zero management knowledge and technical knowledge, she only like boys in her team and hate women .Never ever experienced such a worst manager in my entire career, she likes and favours men who roam behind her . She even gave me mental torture. I was literally depressed and lost my confidence because of such a worst manager and the management encourages such a worst manager. Because of such a worst manager i have to leave the job ( the curse and tears of a hard working employee is never going to spare her) The entire product team left in 2024 but still they took no control and management did nothing , HR team is just waste who does nothing instead of gossiping about employees in cafe. She forcefully made me to leave the company so that she can bring her old team mates into product from other teams (marketing and sales) who have zero technical skills and product knowledge (not even basic spelling and excel ) but gave them manager positions but they were very good in buttering managers. She even made sure the notice period was also worst days when complained to HR they said that politics are common in all companies. Only one conclusion if you are good in buttering and bucket only then join this company, you have a long future because people are working here from many years with only this quality. Very bad company all the managers only talk about targets . They also interfere in your personal life also.they only need admission so if u are in pip they also tortured you for fake admission by your side .Lead shuffle is also there they shuffle the leads from your account and give to them who are fvrt or ATL's . timing also not good .they will tell u 10 to 7:30 but managers timings are different they ordered you to report at 9 and will let u free after 9 pm . If u r not meeting your monthly targets so managers and vertical head will call you in cabin and abuse you and give pressure for admissions. If u are willing to do with this company for your career growth please don't do it....Read More

If you have 2 leaves in month forget this line . You will never take this benifit. Your holiday is depend upon your managers . They will continue call u whole day whether in office or in home. Very bad review of this company. If you are not favourite of manager they will give you pip and fired you ..

The is not shift time in unext Noida office ,they don't care you had your meal not ,they will not give you a lunch,if you hv not given any number,manager behaviour is so worst ,they showing that they caring but actual they are exploiting employees,no shift timing ,no week off during interview they will say they will give you this and that but after joing they only care about the number of sales and your Target,worst ambience of Noida office!...Read More

There is nothing to like about this place. Apart from going on some vacational trips to Sikkim and Jaipur in name of demo.

The team is riddled with politics, those who fawn over the VP-Product and engineering advance up the ladder without contributing meaningfully, while the rest are left to follow ever changing vague instruction. Management is indifferent to the ongoing attrition within 3 months, the entire old team has left, and the management don't even bother to check why the attrition is super high which is quite alarming. If you see any old product employees stay you know what they would have done to be there. To survive in this team, be ok with manual support work, you need to be toxic, demeaning, flattering towards your boss, ok with screaming. And don't be surprised if HR does nothing about it, because they are the people who does maximum gossips, dude they even stalk you LinkedIn which is super hilarious. It's a place with no scope or growth, the product they are trying to build has not future, as UNext is a "la-la" enterprise where the profit seems to be elusive....Read More

Lack of leadership qualities they don't show trust in there employees, they loose all the leaders previously worked in company and made a product team head to engineering team and here comes the challenge product team head is going to listen to what there team people tells about the people in engineering team
