Company policies are up to the mark. Good working culture. Managers are supportive. Management is transparent.

Dislikes

Job security is less. Work timings are hectic. No work life balance.

Work Details

Work profile is good. Healthy competition between team members. Fun activities and events. Training sessions are useful. 6 days working is a bit hectic with long working hours.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
