1. Unacademy is a place that experiments a lot and shuts them within 1-2 months 2. Leadership is absolutely incapable of running this company due to lack of strategic vision 3. HR of Unacademy is highly inefficient and pathetic. There are no processes to grow in the role and organisation. The only time unacademy's HR gets active is when they have to lay off people. Otherwise they work in silos 4. Unacademy lacks empathy and respect for good talent as an organisation. 5. The CEO Gaurav Munjal is probably the worst leader I have ever worked with in my entire life. He has zero ethics and basics. He fires people left right and center and publically harass people. He recently demoted someone and emailed the entire organisation about it. 6. The COO got his wife as head of HR and both of them just mint money from this organisation without adding any value. 7. The company forayed and shut down too many verticals very quickly. You must have a solid plan before starting out, especially when you are burning cash. Fraud selling means are adapted to get target achieved. Ask teams to work 11-12 days straight without leaves . Pathetic company with pathetic people leading it .
