Unacademy’s Unethical Salary Practices – Beware Before Joining I had a highly disappointing experience with Unacademy. Despite fulfilling all my job responsibilities professionally, the company failed to pay my full salary as per the agreed terms. When I reached out to HR, they either ignored my messages or gave vague excuses, showing a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Dislikes

Frequent layoffs after admission season over mostly during July to December. No appraisals for employees, poor management for business growth, dictatorship, no funds for vendor payments, off roll employees. Late night meetings till 2:00 AM morning.. Untrained teachers, poor teaching pedagogy.

i am writing this review as an assistant sales manager, and giving a rating of 1/5 or 10 because their work culture is worse and even they can fire you anytime after the seasonal period will be done of IIT JEE/NEET UG or any brand. They will fire you anytime, do not join this company, for example they fired his director AKASH GIRIDHAR for cost cutting.

Till August’23 the culture and the environment was very good but post that all the valuable employee left from top management and new set of ppl had come for a position who all are not having maturity or exposure. So lack of experience new set of ppl are used their personal agenda and ego and destroyed the entire environment.

People like Rishi Mehra,Fraz Anwar do office politics. No job security,will hit you at the back. These people have bought people from Byjus who have zero knowledge of data. Fraud selling means are adapted to get target achieved. Ask teams to work 11-12 days straight without leaves . Pathetic company with pathetic people leading it .
