Likes

Old leadership was good. Right now its all byjus people and culture is gone. Gaurav munjal just care about revenue. No resources to close any sale.

Dislikes

Culture is down to drain. No one is there for you. Cannot take leaves ever. I had 60 paid leaves accumulated in 2 years. You can get fire anytime. Everyday is the same story, get sale anyhow.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
