Nothing its one of the worst company in ed-tech sector kindly do not go or accept the offer letter all commitments at the time of hiring was fake and the company ask u to give all the correct information for background verification but the company itself will not convey any true information to candidate while hiring. Be aware of these kind of companies.

The work culture of unacademy was awesome specially for girls. The very best thing which I noticed here is the "period leave" for all the female employees and i think it's a great idea.

The thing which I dislike is the work life balance, so there is no such work as work life balance if you are working in unacademy.
