Micromanagement. Disagreements taken as Non-Adherence. Because of leadership change it is BYJU's in making as far as work culture is concern. Company least bothered about employees health. No growth opportunities. No learning.

Till August’23 the culture and the environment was very good but post that all the valuable employee left from top management and new set of ppl had come for a position who all are not having maturity or exposure. Fraud selling means are adapted to get target achieved. Ask teams to work 11-12 days straight without leaves . Pathetic company with pathetic people leading it .
