Till August’23 the culture and the environment was very good but post that all the valuable employee left from top management and new set of ppl had come for a position who all are not having maturity or exposure. People like Rishi Mehra,Fraz Anwar do office politics. No job security,will hit you at the back. These people have bought people from Byjus who have zero knowledge of data. Fraud selling means are adapted to get target achieved. Ask teams to work 11-12 days straight without leaves . Pathetic company with pathetic people leading it .
