Not a great place for someone who wants to have a career, develop skill and get inspired to comeback the next day Payscale is below par, atleast 1/3 of induatry standard even in India

Highly toxic and torturing work culture, the senior management is involved in personal lifes of people and even interfere, life at township is like being treated like a third class citizen and in jail, you cant leave or enter colony after 11 and each time you need permission and need to inform where and with whom you going, why? Toomuch lobby, i get we face political dynamic everywhere but here management doesnt communicate effectively and doesnt support competentence. You dont feel valued but like a slave, and HR and Admin is a nightmare. I was highly appreciated by executive management but I wasnt even provided a desk to sit, lack of resources alongwith racial bias based on place of birth, linguistic, and more. No body is open to innovation that doesnt involve loopholes for corruption, at my exit interview the HR HoD answered all questions himself and even after acknowledging my contribution threatened me to keep me captive verbally...Read More

UltraTech RMC is hands-down one of the worst companies to work for, with a workplace environment that's both toxic and demeaning. The lack of work-life balance is extreme, with relentless pressure and constant expectations for overtime, especially affecting women, who often face unfair treatment and added stress. Management shows noconcern for personal boundaries or the well-being of its employees. The internal politics are exhausting and demoralizing. Corruption appears to be rampant, as senior management regularly turns a blind eye to quality standards, accepting bribes from vendors to allow inferior materials into projects. Quality control teams are coerced into approving these materials, compromising their professional integrity. When quality staff try to push back, they’re bullied, isolated, and harassed. There’s no support for those who try to uphold standards – only pressure to fall in line with the corrupt practices of the organization. Favoritism and nepotism are everywhere. If management has a preferred candidate, they will go to great lengths to make the current employee’s life miserable, creating a hostile environment that forces them to leave. This high turnover rate is proof of the company’s toxic culture. Upper management is unresponsive, indifferent, and primarily focused on maintaining control and power, rather than listening to employees or making meaningful improvements. Career growth is stunted, as promotions are given based on favoritism rather than merit.
