Don’t believe in the ak Sharma first see the office then go in if ur fresher they will keep fake exp if u don’t get a project they will not consider u if u are a exp they will use ur exp to get projects and they will eat ur salaries

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
