Even after normal working hours we will be forced to work till 10 p.m

Excellent support from the College Management . Working environment is extra ordinary. My home town is only 8 km from the college, so I can able to support the institution at any time. Percentage of Admission is high and also getting high profile students.

Nothing to say. Very comfortable

The management open to innovation in academic matters and ready to adopt latest technology. Totally I like the work security and company policies. Also the job security is high.

Dislikes

The management extending all support for ample training, carrier growth , salary, travel etc.

Work Details

Prepare academic policies, teachers training according to the policy, selection of new staff members, and supervise all academic matters.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
