MD is uneducated, he comes to factories and is not concerned about bottlenecks and issues that operators and people working on machines have, he comes and start abusing people. Also salary cut is very prominent, they cut without giving reasons, also company needs to do many things to get orders as plant is operating on 3 to 4 days and remaining time there is zero orders and so operational employees are removed without any information, HR ppl are also not having any system for employee satisfaction, no medical for any employee, really bad management and MD particularly is a black spot....Read More
