Worst company,,, it does not have even sitting arrangement for Hr department,,,,,,, and they provide a room enclosed to security room where you find one fan and two side glass,,in which u will find the boiling temp at 12:00Noon,,, If you have no option in lyf other then to beg then only you can work here...

MD is uneducated, he comes to factories and is not concerned about bottlenecks and issues that operators and people working on machines have, he comes and start abusing people. Also salary cut is very prominent, they cut without giving reasons, also company needs to do many things to get orders as plant is operating on 3 to 4 days and remaining time there is zero orders and so operational employees are removed without any information, HR ppl are also not having any system for employee satisfaction, no medical for any employee, really bad management and MD particularly is a black spot....Read More

No accountability, rapid changes without any stable strategy, unaware of market dynamics. Top management seriously needs to contemplate and examine why they are so directionless. They try to hire so many managers and expect everyone to get orders and in the process every one gets tangled to same customers and what follows is dissatisfaction and frustration. Serious amendments needed if they want to be in the business. Also for job finders, this company is not at all recommended as in the end they will try to make scapegoats to new people when the problem is top management's ineffectiveness.
