Time wasted here no one apply here because no offer letter or appointment letter provide here lot of excuses in hr staff I am selected store in charge profile store keeping, record management profile But ukb electronics cheating with us provide cable department production area. Not provide chair or table no single cup of tea whole day You're standing whole inside machine record output produce. Lot of chemical pollution surrounding here Machine generating lot of pollution. Effect You're heart and body I am working for 10 days Timing issues shirt 6am to 4 morning Evening shirt 3 to 11 Night shift 9 to 6 am My worst experience in this company I am graduate in b.com. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
