Management is always misguided by seniors and most important they are dependent on unskilled and egoistic seniors in some of the departments. The company is no employee-centric nor customer-centric they only know that is how to do business. They have tied up with Unique Developers - Jaipur for construction purposes as J V but I feelthey found the wrong party to grow in Mumbai region. Highly unhygienic infrastructure to work only you will get the system to work nothing else, not even a clean washroom. Failing with client's commitments as well as employee commitments in terms of incentives, appraisals. Management loves quantity work instead of quality work because quality required capital which they have but will never use that's why the entire company works under excel and tally. The work environment is good but with a lot of internal politics, you will find it where you will learn how to be super politicians like dramatic tv serials.
