I have been working with the ICRI for the last 3 years and honestly speaking, I really enjoy my time here. It is because I have been provided with an atmosphere wherein I can make the most out of my skills, knowledge, and experience. Besides, training sessions are also organized by the management to help employees add new skills and brush up on the existing ones.

Dislikes

Being in the sales team, sometimes we need to work beyond working. I am not complaining but it is exhausting many times.

If you are looking for a good work culture and team, ICRI is the right company. It's the best place to learn and increase your skills since ICRI provide a lot of training to its employees. It's the best place for freshers to start their careers and learn and get better at their job. I rose to this position after 6 years of head work and is great to work here.

The onboarding at process at ICRI is great. this is my second job and the overall interview process was good. Joined ICRI 5 Years back at a junior level and today I am holding this position. All thanks to our higher management that considers our hardwork and and keep things open. There is work life balance, fun activities, and regular skill training. i am happy to work here and looking forward for more years.
