Nothing, I repent joining here, they never pay salaries, dirty politics at the regional and coordinator level. If you speak or ask anything the manager don't like to hear even if you are suggesting something good for the organization, you will surely be harassed and reprimanded, and will be demanded for apology letter marking cc to everyone. Moreover, you will be blacklisted and on the priority list of getting fired anytime and no pending salaries (which is always 3-6 months) will be given thereafter. 1. Nothing to be liked, regional manager play politics with other employees to save own position. Plays blame games and double games with the employees. 2. And management at the headquarter only listens and entertains the regional managers and no other employees. 3. Employee termination rate is very high. Average turnover is 3 months’ time and they never clear salary dues (3-6 months outstanding) after employee leaves. 4. Regular salary outstanding of faculties are always 3-6 months. 5. Students are harassed at the extreme level and they never get a consistent faculty to teach for one complete session. 6. Students become extremely negative and disastrous as they don't get anything committed during admission and start spreading negative word of mouth on social media and everywhere. 7.
