Nothing to like, worst institute on earth. All positive reviews are scams, there is nothing positive

They don't pay you, after resignation it is about impossible to recover your salary from them, whatever mails, messages are all ignored, they don't care about students or employees. Their aim is to hire employee for 3-4 months and not to pay single salary after which in next semester they hire another bakara employee and it's goes on. So don't be foolish, never ever become a part of such a fraud institute, if anyone knows UGC contacts then please ping, because such institutes needs to be banned permanently....Read More

Proper training is provided to each employee whether they are from the teaching or non-teaching staff. This is done so that employees can get familiar with the company's culture, work ethics, and obviously new industrial trends. Besides, the management provides employees with a work environment fee from politics and unnecessary headaches. I am happy as well as proud to be a part of ICRI.

If you are looking for a good work culture and team, ICRI is the right company. It's the best place to learn and increase your skills since ICRI provide a lot of training to its employees. It's the best place for freshers to start their careers and learn and get better at their job. I rose to this position after 6 years of head work and is great to work here.

The onboarding at process at ICRI is great. this is my second job and the overall interview process was good. The manager was clear about what the company was looking for and my role in the job position. The company offers good work policies and perks including paid leave and team engagement. Joined ICRI 5 Years back at a junior level and today I am holding this position. All thanks to our higher management that considers our hardwork and and keep things open. There is work life balance, fun activities, and regular skill training. i am happy to work here and looking forward for more years.

My overall experience here at ICRI is quite good, thanks to the positive environment created. I got to learn a lot during the placement procedure. The management gives us free hand to take decisions and also bring forward our ideas. The work environment stays positive. Glad to work here.
