Terrible politics.....Some people have hijacked whole don't have minimum skills....Such a inhuman....I have small kids and elderly people at home and suddenly without any notice I have been transferred.....to 400 kms away........and I am 8 years old staff....... Very good for those who can do politics..... Terrible organisation.........

Bank giving good opportunity for employees. But the higher management level Is very toxic. Other banks decline Ujjivan employees before interview itself. I don't know why it's happening

I don't like it's just compulsion, that's why I am doing it.

I am working in the gym sector, there is a lot of pressure here regarding the target and the work, because of this one is not able to live a mental life, the salary is very low, the managers here rise a lot of pressure, do not explain in the right way, due to which they insult themselves, whether you tell anyone or you tell the higher management, it does not make any difference.

I feel very happy I learn more about banking and I developed my skills but management side branch side over politics no support now but past my A.M somu sir give full support and ideas he analysis field activities but now no more still we know about field and support to CRO'S but I still miss this bank . Because this bank give me one royalty .

No support from supervisor's and no one analysis field. No leave in health issues time also even week end also working with out attandance.

For new employee and workaholic employee not suit for this organisation. Every old employee not proper support to new joiners. The culture is pretty bad with no changing it adopting is for the older folks. Recognition is restricted to boot lickers. High attrition, still not much heed paid to retention.

Company working program is very low due to there is no MS office in PC or Lap top and Collection system is very bad due to company not providing Electronic devise.
