Give preference to girls and girls are not working in this organisation. They are just becoming favourite of their bosses and enjoying all the perks.

Dislikes

Support favouritism, one who is not working but favourite to their bosses will earn more and enjoy all benefits, and on the other hand team who is working hard will get less pay and appreciation. You will not learn anything in this organisation as there is a lot of politics. They give more preferences to girls and support them blindly.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
