Teammate were very supportive and we had training every other day which was. Very good and the trainers were really good, however there was no job security as workers are fired and time by anybody I mean any leader no explanations, there was no promotion salary was the lowest payment a graduate can get, life was very hard as the manager was the worst plus his juniors

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high due to high call volume. Manager don't value individual and there alot of segregation by bosses who favoved their tribe mate, there is no job security as can be lied off anytime with out warning

My work is to receive calls from the clients, listen to their problem or complaint and advise them there then or Escalate to the concen person for further help

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
