The Society is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was part of a team that values and respects humanity. Another plus point is that my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds, and we worked happily in collaboration. I also liked the employee re-hire policy

Dislikes

Remuneration is decent, as well as growth. However, the compensation after exit is so much wanting. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I had to work for 10-13 hours straight in a day. Occasionally, Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I had to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work was slightly challenging as I had to traverse 12 branches in the 17 Districts of Eastern Uganda, which travel would get a little hectic but it was okay. On the other hand, it was a great learning experience .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
