There was nothing to like about the Company as the people here and management is worst and to a level below that. My working experience was so traumatic that people here have fragile ego and they will try their level best to supress you and insult you in front of so many people. They mentally torture people and would not consider working in a safe environment. No Learnings no help from seniors. There are multiple managers on whom POSH has been implemented. I have personal experience in which managers harass female employees by messaging at night with inappropriate ways and try to take benefits. They force you to come in night shifts. The whole management needs to be changed and rather a new management where they genuinely prioritize employees mental health and well being. The amount of bad behaviour from the upper management is huge and the HR's are the worst. They are a puppet show of the company whose thread is managed by senior managers who do not have capacity to manage people. They are illeterates and behave like one.
