I was there for only a month so couldn't witness any positive thing.

1) We had a training period of 6 weeks out of which 1 week we did nothing because our trainer cum manager was busy with his work. 2) he was a manager of some department so he was too busy with his own work and trained us for about 30 minutes a day, and left us with an assignment every alternate day. 3) He shared the results of thoseassignments way too late, so we couldn't correct our mistakes. We made the same mistakes for at least 4 assignments. 4) Then just because I score well in an assignment he says that my work is exactly the mirror image of someone else. 5) He unnecessarily cut my marks for that assignment and told me that I was scoring below benchmark so I had to find another job. 6) They didn't even extend the training period to a week so I could prove myself and made me, along with 2 others, resign. 7) Can you believe he didn't consider the later assignments which were far improved and had fewer mistakes and instead majorly judged us on the first 2 assignments? 8) Pathetic treatment from a company that calls itself a "Great Place To Work"....Read More

First of all I like the company culture. Mostly about senior employees ,as they were one of the step stone to move forward for freshers. Job security was also awesome as mainly they provide more security for women ,such a good one. The main point for freshers is that there is not bond agreement for work. You can just fly and work. Training experience is good but after that once you get into team they will keep on pressurize you by giving so many tasks even we don't have enough knowledge on that task. Also work-life balance is poor as we keep working for achieving a monthly target.
