Ugams solution is best example for transparency in corporate culture, I think each and every company should do the same for their employees... 1-CEO of Ugam solution is always with each and every employees of the company during these tough times ,There is online townhall 2 ,3 Times in every moth ,Where CEO Mr Sunil Mirani share his thoughts ,company performance, their next plan of action for the company and employees. 2-company helped employees for home office setup assistance. 3-no salary cut ,Which is great considering pandemic situation. 4-I feel luck that I am in Ugam solution during such horrific time. 5-Earlier increment was on hold till sep-2020 but now increment has been also done since Oct salary....Read More

I learned many things related to IT infrastructure management in Ugam Solutions, like security & permissions, support for different platforms like hadoop & linux base apps etc. working culture was so friendly.
