Uflex Chemicals Business is a Third Grade Organisation. Their attrition rate is 60 percent. They are cheats. They indulge in unsafe practices. They purchase chemicals in 4th hand packages. Gas leakages and Chemical Leakages at their plant are daily affair. They deduct your salary in first year if you take leave. They treat Management People and Workers like Trash. Transporters call purchase department people at night as they don’t have space to unload raw material trucks. Average waiting time for truck unloading is 6 days. If any officer highlights unsafe practices he is unceremoniously sacked. HR department is the most Inhuman Department. Central HR department bluffs they have annual pay hike. But pay hikes happen once in 2 years. If people resign they are promised promotion and pay hike. Quietly HR recruits other person. The person who trusted HR and stayed back is sacked. They don’t even give him his dues. If he asks dues he is insulted in most foul language. There are many instances when people are sacked on the security gate and not allowed to enter the chemicals business. Many chemicals are stored in open posing a huge fire hazard. How this chemical factory is being allowed to operate in densely populated area is a big question. If you care for your life don’t work in Uflex Chemicals Business. Overall Company growth is good. But internally culture is so bad... Good Brand name and infrastructure.

No leave, no time limit, no proper planning. So high resignation ratio....No proper reporting culture. Only responsibility but no rights and authority. No further comments

Company has grown multifold since its inception in 1985. They are also entering into new ventures. Company has a vision and its promoters are very active. Company is ok to work with. Good work experience can be obtained here.

Saturdays are working which is painful. Personal works get affected. Company should promote hybrid working culture which is being practiced nowadays globally. Poor work-life balance and there are almost nil or very less extra-curricular activities like indoor/outdoor games, office meet-up evening parties, outdoor fun activities etc.They should happen once in a while, if not regularly. Its the best company for everyone to work with but sometimes it depends upon person to person.. No company is bad but the people in that organization makes it bad. For me its the best company in all aspects.

Yeah 1 point is there they are keeping high salaried persons with them who are of no use and because of this lower level workers are suffering in getting their good increments 2 percentage system for increments is benificial for higher salary persons only not for those whose salary is below 40k

No any decent culture every time fear for illegal suspense till no limit of period also during suspense they don't provide half salary.If you have good approach they you can servive if you are common then even you work under fear .So think before join. Also there is no any law and order.
