If you are poor competency, and ready to do faltered, your job is safe and you can keep getting out of the way rewards, exceptional growth and secured job with them. Financially company is sound, thus no threat of loosing the job.

Dislikes

No recognition to the performance and competencies. Unfair practices make this organization a nightmare to the competent employees.

All were good , co. Policy excellent.... Except BOSS..

Dislikes

Jammu division BOSS is nuisance in all terms like behaviour, loose talk etc.
