It was a self learning place

Company cannot handle a staff of 10 people. No infra structure in place. Both the MDs hardly came to the office. I understand that it was a start up but the company was Unable to provide basics like drinking water and washroom and still expected the employees to be present for 8 hrs of the day. Not in a financial position to pay salaries on time. This is even before the COVID.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Employee Benefits

Work from home was mostly when they did not have an office space and during COVID. Nonetheless physical office was started in June 2020. Company does not provide anything. Employees to bring in simple things like even their own laptops/computers. Expected to use their own data for the internet as well.
