On time salary. Except QA department company is good.

Dislikes

HOD of quality department not good he is humiliated to the juniors. No job satisfaction in QA. No quality system available at shop floor. No proper sitting area for shop floor employees Do not join QA department in Bawal Rewari plant.

Except to quality department, rest company is good.

Dislikes

Review for quality department - Humiliation of employees. No guidence from top management. Specially quality department leaders are very bad, he try to show he is expert of processes but he didn't no any thing. About for company No convece. Deduction for uniform. HR policy not good. No facility for tea for shop floor employees.

Reporting manager is sensible and genuine, with vast experience with excellent know how, give full freedom to express your self resulting in best output from the people working under him

Dislikes

As such nothing to mention, as cons But HR people are bit unethical feels deducting ones salary leads to get in good books of managment in terms of saving to company, salary gets deducted if the attendence is not ensured properly at end of month.. if u ensure it works fine

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
