The company is related to water treatment line and adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am the part of uem group. The main thing is that the company pay monthly payment at time. And their employees and family Mediclaim provided by company. Facilities provided for employees living at site like guest house, fooding.

I think that travel to one site to other site in any time and no notice period is given for transfer to one site to other

Generally I am a mechanical engineer, my work is maintained preventive maintenance check sheet and maintenance of all equipments or in emergency situations plant operate.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
