The salary is really low, and the office is very small. It's in a residential building, which doesn't feel right for a workplace. The building is also in really bad shape. What makes things worse is the office environment. I've heard some Hindu employees making bad comments about Muslim colleagues, which is just wrong and makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. The company really needs to move to a proper commercial office and fix these issues to create a better place to work....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
