Its a closed family owned business with many years so people are like family to each other and very helpful - No office Politics as such.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No career plan. no interest in Business by Promoters, very casual approach, very fragile mindset. Inefficient leadership and decesion making

Job security - Bad

Work Details

Being into HR, my job was to implement change but the management is surrounded by poor people resisting change

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
