Good work environment & work-life balance for long term. They provide good benefits like Mediclaim, Bonus, EPF, ESI, paid leaves & conveyance etc.. to their employees. I enjoyed my job in ubspd. I never left ubspd if they don't move their business from Daryaganj to Noida....Mr. Ravindra Sharma is very nice person there. He is the Director of Finance Deptt.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. IT Managers & IT Director do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to make decision for left the job.
