Work life balance os awesome as you would not have much pressure and the work you in operations is pretty easy once you get habituated. Cool parties twice a year and quarterly parties within teams

Dislikes

No New Skill development, Management plans keeps changing every 2 years. We need better higher level management and less of parties

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love to be a employee for this company and the am lucky enough to work with new projects and my teammates. I came to know so many people at one time and i love to solve their problems and a make them smile and came to know how to deal with the driver partner so openly. I have learnt many things and henceforth i gained knowledge where i can do many more rather than what am doing right now. Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow and the work pressure is high where i have to work for 10 to 12 hours maximum days and facing many problems where it can be solved. Manager do not value any individual strengths most of the times. I do receive appreciation from my managers but they all forget this at the time of appraisal.
