Dislikes

There was job security, Team work, training was given prior to new assignment. The appraisal was made by the employee himself and then by the immediate boss and shown to the Employee before submitting with the higher authority. The management was keen to increase the salary but due to the heavy losses suffered by the Projects, the sa lary could not be increased as expected. No politics at our level.
