No probation amount paid ( earlier promised of 3000rs). No salary given ( senior management said, basic salary will be credited only after achieving targets). No person responsible enough to answer call and give satisfactory answers, mangers says to talk to senior management, they say to talk to hr, hr says talk to tl, tl says talk to trainer and this goes on and on.

They sound very professional in the beginning but are not. They are only money minded. They just gave 3 days probation and wanted to close a deal within that. The leads they give are all baseless.. most of the numbers are either switched off or not valid. They just want money.. they started forcing me to close a deal from my reference. They kept on saying "secure your job by closing a deal soon" .on the last day of probation, they did not even give leads but asked to close a deal from my reference... I got leads from the company in which i worked and also and got sales done also yes even i do got 3 days of probation time in which i was unable to close one sale in 3 days but they helped me in extending my probation extra 2 days and i finally got a one sale and from feburary i am working in this company.
