Job Security,on time payment of salary, and also multilingual culture employees with different nationalities work under one roof, Although we cant travel much to different countries but we get a chance to work with different people from different nationalities

Dislikes

I love my company too much but the working hours are very long almost 10 hrs a day i cant give any quality time to my family or friends, the superiors from different departments doesn't work in a line every department has there own values by which sometime it is difficult to reply for there queries

Work Details

Generally i enjoyed my work and my company environment as i spend more than 10 to 11 hrs in my office, Its like my second home but i cant give enough time to my family or kids, whenever i achieve my targets our manager rewards us with a good incentive

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
