Its like a other companies who are living less salary with less trouble. Seasonal work is very hectic, high pressure in all department hoeveel remunerations and salary are very low. However company believe to retail their employees for long time.

Owners are good, but there is so much interfere in work by unwanted relatives of the owner, even plant head can't take any decision for betterment of the organisation and employees. Too much politics in Work culture. However, some old employees are good to be with.

Politics, low salary, non-professional management. 12 pass person is a boss of MBA degree holders. Relatives of the owners are not good for the health of employees as well as for organisation.
