At some time, the work is very intense. The office interior now needs a change :) Pickup and drop facility not provided. It takes time to get answers from HR team, they are bit casual.

Not given proper training There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very rude and pathetic attitude of management, colleagues. HR is mere office executive. No training. Poor salary and compensation. Work culture is horrible. There is no job security.2 years bond and 3 months notice plus they hold the salary if any employee wants to leave. Pathetic domin ance and small company. Please do not spoil your career by joining this company. Higher management do not even have sense & decency to talk. There is absolutely no technical growth and career advancement.
