U&D Square gives technical trainings and communication trainings regularly. I like the fact that company is very flexible in terms of WorkLife balance. I am really grateful and thankful to Rahul Kelkar the Head of Service Delivery for his personal guidance and help at various stages in my career and otherwise. The salary gets credited on time every time. I am able to ask questions and get answers easily....Read More

Dislikes

At some time, the work is very intense. The office interior now needs a change :) Pickup and drop facility not provided. It takes time to get answers from HR team, they are bit casual.

It is a great company to start your career. There are training programs designed specifically for freshers which are targeted to making them learn the industry standards and working culture. It starts with a stipend but get you great growth over the time as you learn based on your potential. The company has immense opportunities based on how quickly you want to get up the ladder.

Dislikes

Initially during the trainings it was all classroom trainings so I had to go to office but now with experience and since I gained certifications quickly and have reached Senior position, so I have the flexibility of WFH mostly.

I have worked here for over 4 years now and have and I have achieved great career growth in my career. Within 4 years from a fresher to a NOC Supervisor role, the journey has been amazing.

I have worked in U&D Square for 5 years. It's a great place to work and learn new skills. Your job is not restricted to just a few technologies/tools, you get to learn a lot of tools and technologies. Exposure to US clients. I am very grateful to the managers, especially Mr. Rahul the COO, who encourages talent and takes a personal interest in the development. The work-life balance is great, timings, and even the weekly offs are flexible. The HR department needs to improve and respond to queries on time.
