This list is pretty lengthy 1. This company completely driven by 2 owners and the Son. 2. For each and every department they are only one. They make policies as per requirement of them only. 3. During project lots of partiality for vendor payment. The do changes in terms as per their convenience. 4. Appraisal process is pathetic.5.
