I just suggestion to the job seekers , beware this " Two Brothers Beverages Company". this is totally Fraud Company. ther is nothing to be like as employee.

Dislikes

There is Management Misbehavior with employees. They never give your salary, at any post you work.

i had appointed here as Sr ASM , i had submitted advance of C&F and SS but they don't gave product to C&F and not provide Team Salary. i just gave you brief about Two Brothers Beverages in short words.

Company first year was very good in all ways. But other year was not good for markets and employs.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
