No training, no job security, waste career growth, I have completed 9 month but not received confirmation latter even not issue PIP, no learning, no work environment if you work with TVSSCS take divorce from your wife and got separate from friend mother and father. No innovation, waste politics froud management.

Dislikes

When I join TVSSCS I am very excited to work but in 9 month I seen I do my life biggest mistake froud management, no work life, everyone keep safe his job and warehouse incharge responsible for all. Area manager do nothing, zonal manager do nothing, they can do politics only.
