WORST HR IN LMW PROJECT (ROBIN) AND HIS BEHAVIOR IS WORST TRIES TO MISLEAD AND GET MONEY FROM EMPLOYEES BAD BEHAVIOUR. HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE IN ANYTHING, ALWAYS TRIES TO BLAME OTHERS AND MAKING GOOD EMPLOYEES OUT OF THE COMPANY. LOTS OF VALUABLE EMPLOYEES ALREADY LEFT. THESE KIND OF HR SHOULD BE REMOVED OR ELSE BAD NAME FOR THE COMPANY TVS SCS.

If you are in any department except Business Development, you will have a secure job at TVS SCS. There is zero accountability expected from any departments unless you are in BD.

If you are in BD, you will be grilled non-stop day in day out for BD. But you will not be able to perform, because you will have no control on commercials, every department who makes the commercials, will keep their own cushions.. and the price will rise significantly because of that… but you will be expected to sell a Maruti at a price of a Harrier and because you will mostly fail doing so, you will be berated at all times.
