No Work-Life balance, No hikes, No benefits from this organization. The place I am working in is full of work-place politics where higher authorities favor their favorites and are taking control with them in other projects in which they don't have authority. No overtime is being provided as we are made to work til midnight and areexpected to be on time the next day, if we're late by even 10-15 mins we are getting unpaid for half day. We are not able to work stress free at all. They are constantly threatening us by saying they will hold our salary and replace us. The environment where I work is totally toxic....Read More

Very worst culture,no respect, TL manager and hr all are worst. They treat employees like dog.. They definitely force to do OT even Sundays and everyday 3.30 hours even our health and situation is not ok..

They never increase your salary, mine didn't increase for 3 years. And the notice period is of 3 months, which is much terrible, they did not give ne my 2 month salary and demanded 3000 more for experience certificate. I did not get experience certificate as well.
