Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. There is nothing good about the company everything is bad there is a lot of language barrier at least they cannot understand the Hindi and English even the supervisor and manager don’t know the English very discomforting work environment.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and seemed in different to employee concerns. There were also significant safety issues that was unaddressed crating an uncomfortable work environment. Furthermore there was no skill development leaving employees feeling stressed in there roles.
